The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, with the cleaning staff doing an amazing job of keeping everything super clean. The location was perfect, being close to the main railway station and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Plus, the hotel facilities were fantastic, with everything I needed right at my fingertips.

I loved the place thanks to staff and rooms. I visited Restaurant Swiss Chuchi, based within walking distance of the hotel, had dinner there.

The hotel is conveniently located on the tram line stop, making it easy to explore the city. It is situated in a great area, close to the lake and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food. Guests also have access to a kitchenette and self-wash laundry service.

Some guests mentioned that there were cleanliness issues in the rooms, such as flies and dirty bedsheets.

They handled a reservation complication with a sense of calmness and were ready to do anything for me. The breakfast was simple and fresh, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

I must mention that the noise from the tram line and roads outside the hotel was quite loud, especially during the night. The window's poor soundproofing didn't help either.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in a quieter neighborhood. The rooms, while on the smaller side, are comfortable and come equipped with all basic amenities. I particularly loved having a balcony, which provided a lovely space to relax in the evenings. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious, with a good selection of food and a great coffee machine.
